Product Description

All our power winches conform to international standards and manufactured in accordance with IS - 9507 -1979 standards. Our power winches are designed to give high output with low consumption of power, durability, and robustness. Features:

Base frame: Fabricated with rocked steel sections/plates properly ribbed, floored with a checkered plate for working area, lifting lugs, anchoring holes for the foundation
Reducer: first stage reduction with self-made worm reduction gearbox or of reputed make and other reduction with open spur gears and pinions
Rope drum: Steel fabricated drum duly machined, with flanges at both ends
Motor: High starting torque, A.C. induction squirrel cage/slip ring motors conforming to IS - 325 of reputed make like GEF/SIEMENS
Brake: Electromagnetic/Elector Hydraulic thruster, double shoe type brake and /or hand-operated brake
Test: All machines are tested
Warranted: warranted from the date of delivery against any manufacturing defect at factory basis
Improvement: We reserve the right to effecting any technical improvement
The winch is operated by a push-button station/controller fixed on the machine.
The control equipment like triple pole reversing contractors, H.R.C. fuses, pilot lamp, and others are made like EE / BCH / L&T.
